I came into aviation and never wanted to leave. The best part of the job is talking to engineers, hearing the complexity that goes into these programmes, and helping the teams behind them grow.
Getting the fit right matters more to me than filling a seat. A job is someone's livelihood. My job is to give you the full picture so you can decide honestly whether it's right, and if it isn't, no pressure, we'll find the one that is.
